I have chosen to move from my current apartment and it’s interesting that the first question I get is “Why?” As though moving is only acceptable if you had a change in life circumstances. Apparently just because does not cut it anymore!
I have been at my current apartment on Columbus Circle for 6 years now. It’s the longest I have ever lived in one place and it’s definitely time for a change. I like my current apartment, but the neighborhood is too family oriented and old for my taste. Besides once you settle into a routine it breeds complacency. It’s time to shake things up a little. New apartment, new neighborhood, new adventures to live!
I can’t wait!
SoHo?
Union Square
Welcome to this side of town – you’re gonna love it!
awesome neighborhood, don’t forget to give some chocolate love at Max Brener!
Got an idea for you Fabrice. It sounds like you like challenges, risks, extrem sports, stuff like that. So why don’t you change your paradigm (kind of think out of the box thing) and build a family instead of moving ?
That would solve the family oriented problem you have in your neighborhood. Concerning the age, be patient, you get older and older 😉
Well, I should start by finding a fantastic girlfriend 🙂
Congratulations on your move! As for finding a fantastic girlfriend, why don’t you try the famous craigslist girl (finding a millionaire) style post on OLX? Who knows, it might surprise you;-)
By the way, Kiteborading was awesome, thanks for the suggestion! But I just didn’t have too much time for it this time. I will try to make a trip just for it next time.
I ‘ve seen the pictures of your next apartment. Makes me think of some paintings of Denis Fremond (http://huilepage0.canalblog.com/).
As for me, he ‘s painting New York’s interiors like hell.
By the way, forget about that family thing I wrote, your next apartment is awsome.
